RATES

• $110/hour (half hour minimum) plus the cost of replacement parts.
• Rush repairs are $150/hour plus the cost of replacement parts (may not be available during times of high repair volume).
• The warranty period for repairs is 90 days, and does not cover water damage.
• NOTE: Please allow for at least a 2 week turnaround time.

When sending items for repair please include a note with the following information:

• Description of the problem and any information you feel might be relevant (weather conditions, exposure to salt water, dropped from great height, backed over by truck, struck by lightning, etc.)
• Contact information, including phone and email address. If we are billing production, include their contact information as well.
• Return shipping information
• Please do not include credit card information. We will email you an invoice along with a payment link once the repair is completed.
• NOTE: Include the wires and/or cables used with the item whenever possible and DO NOT SEND BATTERIES.
  

All products sold by Denecke are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for (1) year from the date of original purchase.

However, this warranty excludes accessories, batteries and cables. Also, this warranty does not apply to any instrument determined by Denecke to have been subjected to customer alteration, modification, negligence or misuse.

In the event of any defects determined by Denecke to be covered by this warranty, Denecke will, at its sole option, repair or replace the defective instrument without charge. To obtain warranty service the defective instrument must be returned within one (1) year from purchase to:
